Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum

Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum

From the original 1883 Second Baptist church of Moncton to a new and expanded facility to accommodate a greater variety of cultural events for our community.  Our mandate is to operate a local museum, a genealogical research library and a community gathering space.

Over 9000 artifacts in our collection and approximately 104,000 family names in our data base.  Our facilities include a meeting romm to accomodate up to 25 people, a large welcoming foyer for up to 40 peop-le and a 300 square foot auditorium to host major community events and a Class 5 kitchen to boot.

Our Board of Directors, members and our community are extremely grateful for the support of all three levels of government and especially to local residents who have sustained this historic community facility for the past 49 years as their local museum.
