Visit this enormous 1880 house and step back in time to the turn of the 20th century. Located in a rural setting overlooking Bouctouche Bay, this former convent played a leading role in education. Admire the chapel, sculpted by Léon Léger, and see exhibits depicting life in the past. Art exhibitions are also on display. There’s also a boutique where you can find a variety of objects, most of them local products. Children and adults alike will be impressed as they browse the various rooms of this museum.
